Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites you own or have permission to test. You may not use WCAGCheck to scan websites maliciously, excessively, or in violation of any law.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

WCAGCheck is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any legal claims related to accessibility compliance.
